Arrival date – 6 October, between 12:00 p.m. and 20:00 p.m. Exhibition Сenter address: 2, Expo Boulevard, pavilion №1. The entry with any exhibition materials and equipment is performed through the entrance gate for cargo (behind the exhibition pavilion) on production of the requisition form for inbound/outbound transportation. The form should be completed. At the time of arrival you should have this completed form in triplicate to show it at the entrance to the exhibition center. Valuable and large-sized items are indicated in the form (e.g. plasma displays, banner cases, tubes etc.) 

Departure date – 8 October, after 18:00 p.m. Departure is performed through the entrance gate for cargo. You should show the security guard the form for inbound/outbound transportation at the entrance in the same way as you do earlier.  Before your departure you should set a seal on the form in Organizer’s office as well. 

Delivery of handouts (catalogues, pamphlets) is carried out at the arrival day, 6 April, between 12:00 p.m. and 20:00 p.m. to “Yekaterinburg-Expo” International Exhibition Center: №14, 15 entrance gates, №1 pavilion, 2, Expo Boulevard, Yekaterinburg, 620060. It is important to order an unloading and catalogues delivery to your stand (loaders services) IN ADVANCE. 

On the arrival day a representative of Exhibitor should be in and wait for arrival of goods (!!!).
